in service to the labrador Retriever

The High Desert Labrador Retriever Club of California, Inc is an organization dedicated to the betterment of the Labrador Retriever. Our club’s focus is to support, plan, and implement events for our members and their Labradors to get outside, learn, and have fun. We hold yearly seminars on various topics, conformation shows, health clinics, and about the best pot-lucks you can find in this part of California.

Our membership includes people from all areas of interest in the breed, from breeders and exhibitors with decades of experience to families with new puppies who want to spend time with others who own Labradors. Since 1996 the hard work and determination of dedicated members has proven to be the backbone of this club.

The HDLRC is approved by the American Kennel Club to hold licensed Specialties! Our Specialty is held in conjunction with the Summerfest cluster of shows at the beginning of July each year in beautiful Camarillo, California.
